C3RS200 Bilstein B14 vs CUP Pack stiffness

We currently have a suspension/springs discussion in relation to slalom use over at the German forum and I mentioned your experiences in there. The owner of our forumshop suggested Koni Yellow with H&R for your case. They are harmonizing well together and are very stiff according to his comment.

Or you can go with H&R spacers. They don't need longer bolts and come with their own ones. You bolt the spacers to the hub and then the wheels to spacers with the normal ones. Some may consider this a disadvantage though. https://www.h-r.com/en/category/?articlegroupid=5

You should be fine with 40/50mm front/back (20/25mm per side) I guess. I'm running 50mm in the back only. You can see why not in the front on the last page in the thread for my car (first link in the signature) but my car is also a tad lower than yours. Btw, black with silver AX-Ls looks great...

Rattle/knock when starting engine and using accelerator

From what I know it shouldn't move left and right like that. Besides that it's moving quite a lot for the little down pressure you seem to apply. If you really want to test the movement you've to apply more pressure by leaning on it and pushing downwards with some force/weight. I'd suggest to...

Rattle/knock when starting engine and using accelerator

Try pushing down directly on the part of the arm of the mount that's attached to the engine and see if it moves (much). If it does it could be the problem.

That's why I think I'm going to order them directly via my garage which also is an official Renault dealer.

Help: New rear discs with protective anti-corrosion coating?

Thanks a lot, Ben! So, if I'm going to order new ones I presumably get them like that, right? Sidenote: I already have new ones from Delphi here but the corrosion of "untreated" ones was always bothering me just because of the look.

Help: New rear discs with protective anti-corrosion coating?

Hello gents, I'm searching for a picture and some informations about a new version of original rear brake discs for the Mk3. They've some coating around the center/hub part looking a bit like "Hammerite" paint (rough texture) to protect against corrosion. I'm quite sure that it was in this...
