The D40 (2005 onwards) Nav has rear axle issues, amongst others, but the D22 (2001-2005) is almost faultless in comparison. I own a 2005 D22, i'd never have a D40.

My daily drive is a Nissan Navara....go figure :)

The likes of Tilton will make a paddle clutch for 500ish Helix would make one for about 300-400 depending on spec.

What poundage springs are you running? Damping shouldn't have any affect on static RH alone....very odd!
