    Coil Over Top Mounts

AVO Look good but relatively unproven. They usually have a pretty hefty discount around Black Friday time

06 nimbus 197 daily track toy

How are you finding the RP1? I've put mine in the bin.

    Meglio iratic throttle / reving

Is it a fresh conversion? Have you drove it on the road yet? What engine and ECU are you using. Mine was similar when I first built it on jack stands but cleared up once it had figured itself out after the first drive.

    Glacier White 200 Cup

I've had the springs on mine for 2 and a half years, no issues to report.

CLIO 197 CUP - Project TF

KTEC This year have been absolutely useless for me, you only seem to get anywhere when you post on one of the Facebook groups dragging them through the mud. I don't see a reason to ever buy from them when they're essentially a posh drop shipper with their own line of pod filters and exhausts...

    Glacier White 200 Cup

Track addict is great as a standalone solution but never managed to get the OBD working on it. I'm hoping I can build something into the Raspberry Pi I have powering an Android Auto setup that I have in the dashboard. Would love a Garmin Catalyst, but its useless the 360 days a year I don't...

    F1 #241 - Spiteful Meglio

Need to start running through and updating this, been some cracking turns in the road so far. Saturday May 20th - Car on the ROAD very good yes. All seems to work, thing feels absolutely ballistic. Few teething issues around cooling and ducting, but properly secured under trays and a good bleed...

CLIO 197 CUP - Project TF

I would get Super Pro over Powerflex if you do the front arm rear bushes. You lose articulation with the Powerflex option in my opinion and it makes working on the front end a chore. I've just fitted purple Powerflex rear beam bushes and they work great. The beam seems to be more "active" with...

    help please, cup steering

You're best to keep your mileage to a minimum without them sleeves present, you could potentially wear the swivel hubs casting and introduce some lovely issues off the back of that.

    GW 200 CUP (clubsport->racecar->v2)

Looks epic, Its a brilliant feeling when it all comes together for the first time. Personally not massive on the holes in the top of the bumper though. And by not massive, I mean whoever did it needs shooting.

Clio 3 RS F1 Team R27 Meglio - it will be a trackcar

Wouldn't bother with Lock wire, its the studs that tend to back out rather than the nuts.

Clio 3 RS F1 Team R27 Meglio - it will be a trackcar

I feel your pain, I had the downpipe bolts back out on me the day before a Track Day. Not a fun job.

No, you should be lawn mowing every corner and work back from there.

    Staticc Clio 197

Hopefully you get something together that works. From what I've seen it becomes a bit of a pain to fit when using the Mk3 box, and shafts aren't as straight forward. The ND0 in my conversion already sits mega close to the frame rail so I wouldn't want anything more significant in there lol

Welcome! What gearbox do you plan on using with the 275 set up?

    Cooling help

This to me sounds like the thermostats knackered. It should be dead middle once the cars up to temperature.

Did you put the clutch on the right way round lol

    Cooling help

Where does the temperature gauge sit when it is up to temperature? It should be in the middle. Place some paper against the front of the car when the fan is running, is it being pulled in or pushed away from the front of the car. It sounds like the wirings been messed with, or a relay isn't...

    Issues bleeding clutch

Priming them doesnt require as much fluid as you would think. They obviously compress as you push the gearbox on and push fluid back through which helps to get the air out of the slave. I've always bled mine up with a large syringe and the clutch pedal all the way up, try your vacuum technique...
