Side lights flickering

I believe the previous owner has installed aftermarket bulbs in the side lights they're bright white LEDs i believe only problem is that they sometimes flicker i brought a set of standard ones to replace but any idea how to fix the flickering cause i do like the brightness of the ones i currently have also any one have a how to on swapping them cause they look quite tricky and I'm not that technically gifted haha thanks!
 
My guess as to the flickering is due to them being cheap i.e ebay jobbies. Open the bonnet and have a look behind the headlights, there is a plastic cover you will need to remove in order to gain access to the bulbs, providing you don't have big spade hands you should be able to reach in and unclip the retaining clip (it is secured at the 12 noon position if that helps) and needs to be pressed towards the front of the car and moved to the side in order to unclip it from the retaining hook.

There is a how-to on here but you need to be a paid up member to access (but for £5 a year its a good deal).

only sometimes mate i went to halfrauds to buy some standard bulbs and i went to show my mate the ones that 'flicker' and they was just solid then i went for a drive when i dropped him back at his and when he got out he noticed they were flickering again hard to tell if they change a lot whilst driving because they get out shone by the headlights which don't
