Solid advice, exactly what I was looking for, thanks mate! My thoughts exactly, a track day is fun and a good laugh, doesn't need to be treated like competition racing, was just a bit wary of overheating and prematurely wearing the tyres!

Just a small update, AD08R's on all round now, Team Heko wind deflectors fitted, and a quick clean! So far the tyres seem fantastic, really surprised me how much grip they have in the wet, and haven't really had chance to push it in the dry yet but happy with the initial "bite" so far!

Used my patience and got them done in situ, cheers for the info anyway guys!

Quick update, Lamin-X'd the fogs, looks good from a distance haha! First pair of new tyres here, Advan Neova AD08R's, waiting for payday to get the 2nd, looking forward to having a go on these!

Hi Guys, Been given some yellow Lamin-X by a mate for my front fogs, had a search but can't seem to find out, how do you get the fogs out? Want to do it properly rather than as they are in the bumper, I'm fussy like that! Inner wheel arch liner out, or can they be accessed another way? Thanks...

Few bits done today, gave it a clean inside and out as it was filthy, still needs a proper detail though (will be getting done in better weather!). Fitted a new rain sensor that seems to be working, winner, and have ordered some new Advan Neova AD08R's for the front as one is now ridiculously...
