Ok, my opinion is from an engineering background. A previous post had said they had snapped, which suggested they were hardened. P.S If you ever change the discs, i.e. remove the calliper, then I believe they use stretch bolts. Those would definately need replacing!

I would not recommend reuse. The reason they snap in two is because they are hardened. You should replace them everytime, as you risk 'damaging' them from impact. Naked eye not good enough to detect signs of internal damage to pins. Is it really worth reusing pins that cost £29? Think of...

I have two standard halogen lights available (changed mine for projector ones). You would have to change over the black plastic piece on the bottom though. Going cheap... £60 plus P&P. Wouldnt be able to post until Wed though...

Not necessarily. Think of case were most people had extended warranty. Then if no one else has suffered the same problem by same time/mileage, then could be argued that not normal wear and tear; since all cars would be showing the problem? Food for thought. The problem with them arguing down...

Why worry about warranty running out? Just purchase Extended warranty before it runs out. On renault website....
