    Drove a Corsa VXR

I traded my clio in for a new Audi S1 in June. The build quality and torque is immense. So quick and easy to build up speed through the gears without revving it too hard. It has full torque from as low as 1600 RPM which throws you into your seat. After having it for a few months I'm now...

Keep them. I've nearly spent 7k on tools so far and wouldn't dream on selling them. Always come in handy.

    seized rear caliper?

Check to make sure the cable is returning and it's the caliper that's sticking. If the cable and caliper both don't return the it's most likely the cable itself. They are very common for seizing up.

    Lack of Power

My car didn't seem to have any problems today. Not spending any more money on it as I've just ordered a new car. Should be getting it in July or August. Long wait but it will be worth it.

It's a fuse. Happened to me before. It's one in the engine bay next to the battery. There should be a diagram on the lid of the fuse box.

    Lack of Power

My TDC sensor is not even a year old. I have fitted a new VVT solenoid to see if that helps. Its the last thing I'm trying then its new car time. I really like the look of those new S1's that are out in May this year.

Rear brake caliper piston wind back..... Help

Sometimes it helps if the nut for pushing the piston is slack I.e. Not pushing the piston back. Try just turning it. I've had problems like you before and simply turning the piston got it to move no bother.

    Exhaust clamp size

You could try double nutting the clamp you've got. I.e. Put a second but on behind the nuts that are already there to lock them in place and they won't slacken. Thats what I did with my exhaust tips as they kept coming loose.

    Lack of Power

I'm just starting with the cheapest option. £25 for a new thermostat from ktec do if it work then I'm happy. I've ordered a 182 one which makes it run hotter so might solve the problem.

    Lack of Power

I disconnected the battery yesterday and it seemed fine after that but it's not always it does it. Ordered a new thermostat from ktec today and I'm off next week so will fit it then and hopefully the problem will be solved. Fingers crossed anyways.

    Help! stuck front wheel spacers

You might find that the aluminum has corroded to the steel. Will be a nightmare to with any damage. Could try using a punch to try and rotate then. If they won't budge then they probably won't come off in a Re-useable condition.
