Yes, used to be worst but since I replaced the dephaser and timing belt, it got better but still have some misfires, especially when engine is cold. CO is 0.87 vol% above the 0.2% required to pass.

No dont think I have one of those throttle pedal boxes fitted, the noise only comes on when the car is running, nothing when ignition is turned on.
