Whilst cleaning my car I have somehow pushed the front RS badge through into the front bumper. I cannot see how to access behind the grill. Would it be a bumper off jobby? Thanks

Ok iv owned the car for a couple of months but Iv only just found another button under my steering wheel. When I press it a voice says.. No voice commands programmed (or something like that) My question is how to you program a command? Thanks
