Trackspec Clio 197

Mounted the regulator ready to work out the rest of the engine bay fuel lines.

I’ve also stripped and checked over the the front brakes today. Everything looks fine and now ready for next year.

Has anyone with a Megane conversion run it without the vacuum purge valve?

Haha not something I really wanted to do but it will certainly help with keeping it cool inside, besides that I can't go back now!

I mentioned just before Christmas that I was planning a few more modifications so have decided to order a set of these to go with the DMACK tyres I ordered off @NickD. I've had Ultraleggera on previous cars and loved them especially since they're considerably lighter than the 197 Speedlines.

Yes Mark, the rail worked a treat mate. My plans for the internal fuel set up have since changed now too as I can’t run the lines as planned so I’ve decided to go with one of these.

It’s more hassle and expense but at least it will be done right and future proofed.

Possibly Mark. I’m not keen on having a fuel setup inside the car so will look at options for this. I could make an alloy box for it all to sit in with a detachable lid. Going to take my time with it so I get it right.

If anyone is as daft as me and wants to fit a roof vent I have a template off my cup racer shell I can share with you.

Looks good need to fit my one when I get the car back from having the cage done!

Me too if possible I have my roof scoop ready to fit but keep putting it off as I don’t want to mess it up [emoji1751]‍[emoji3603]
