3 year service & M.O.T

No where near the 36k mileage but the 3 year service and M.O.T are due next week - been quoted £160 all in.

Can anyone beat that?

Is that at a main dealer? If so that's cheap. I thought the 3 year service was a change of spark plugs as well.

My local dealer is quoting £320 just for the 36k service. Thankfully mine has only done 12k so they just recommended a standard servce :thumbup1:

i will need to check if it includes spark plugs - the dealer is pretty decent though so im sure it will.

And no it isn't a Renault main dealer but a Renault(sport) specialist up here in Edinburgh,

My local dealer said they are cost £100 per set. Thankfully I've got a mate who is a mechanic and he has been quoted about £50 for them from an independant supplier.

I like to have a dealer stamp in the book for routine servicing but there's no way I'm paying dealer prices for my plugs changing!
