As the title says: LED indicator bulbs - can it be done?

Not aware of any 'off the shelf' kits. but could certainly be put together easy enough.

I was thinking about the problems with the indicators not blinking because of the low voltage.

In some cars (VW Golf,...) you need a resistor.

So, I'm wondering is this the case with the Clio?

Can and has been done! May need resistors though!

i think you need a special flasher unit, otherwise they would flash too fast, look at auto bulbs direct on web them pretty good.

That's why I'm asking. I don't have the will to get and install resistors, and a special flash unit...I thought they were plug and play.

I had the same problem on the Raptor with my indicator bulbs - they needed a special flasher unit - only thing was - I wanted them badly. This is not the case with 197. :biggrin:
