Whining noise while driving

Hi just started having a slight whining noise while driving, it can't be wheel bearing on the rear because their brand new from renault, could it be tyre pressure?
Only seems to hear it when doing around 30/40mph

Check tyre tred, generally you'd only here whining at higher speeds like 60-70
