Yes go for Mazda aerial. I bought a chrome aerial off eBay, it looks smart, but only get radio signal if I'm sat ontop of a hill or something.

I use the Civic Type-R stubby aerial... quite good reception but loses when go into enclosed areas as apposed to the OE aerial.

Correct me if im wrong chappo, but does the aerial not come with a 5mm and 8mm attachment? And it's the 8mm that fits the Clio. That was the case with mine anyway.

not that i was/am aware mate, ( could be tho )

i just ordered one and it went straight on tbh, i didnt get any other adapters with it.
