He was an absolute legend and the ultimate salesman

As a kid I always wanted an Apple II, and even remember the 1st Mac's mono screen boxes but great for design work.

He must have known his days were coming to an end, hence the handover of CEO. Good article covering his life and Apple on the Register.co.uk (IT news site)

I cannot stand i* products, but this guy really did change the way we do things.

I'll not forget spending Christmas day 2004 on iTunes for my wife's new iPod. It was amazing back then to download music!
