It's tripped out for me tonight I think 3 times.

What kind of traffic do you get through the site on a monthly basis? Do you have a traffic report?

Budget ain't the issue, the problem is we've paid for 3 years.
Better to see if it can be sorted rather than throwing money away and moving somewhere else.

I think the plugin to detect mobile / desktop was killing it.

Having major issues today. 9 time out of 10 its "cannot connect to server".

Also took 9 mins to reply to a thread and countless attempts.

I notice that when it goes down, it's for about 10 seconds at a time. When I get the 'cannot connect to server' just clicking refresh immediately doesn't work.

Just had it completely die on me instead of being really slow.

Sent an email to the hosting provider, telling them we are not happy with the level of service we are being given!
