I bet it isn't. Go in any electrical retailer and they'll tell you they get more Samsung gear returned than any other make. Their DVD recorders are supposed to be particularly bad.
Result! No matter how good a make something is you always get a bad one. Wether its a car or a tv. So long as the problem is sorted out quickly and efficiently you cant ask for more.
