Rose jointed drop links.

Realised when I started to remove my springs last night that I need new arb drop links, and the price for genuine Renault ones are £47 each, I think I could knock some rose jointed ones up for half the price.

Can anyone see any disadvantages of doing this?

And has anyone else done this?

Without dust guards they would wear pretty quick I thought about this but in the end just went to Euro Car Parts they sell trw droplinks for £22 each, the original Renault ones are stamped trw so it's a no brainier really

Didn't think about the no dust guards situation, I might give them a go and see if it works out, isn't going to cost me a lot.

Think you can buy dust shields for them though, not sure how much they are.

Think i've seen them on Carbuildersolutions shop

They'd be adjustable too haha can lower the car and match the arb to the drop
