Rear Pads Part No.?

Anyone know what the part number is for the rear pads. I order from World of Parts, were have been really good and prompt. However whilst the pads look correct, there are no retainer clips in the box and oddly 2 bolts.:001_huh:

Part number on the box is 440607960R, and it only references Megane 2 on the box.

So should they come with retainer clips then? And what are the two bolts for?
