progress of R80 CUP- now with boost

So jealous of what you're gonna end up with, 300ish BHP in the Clio would be to die for.

Any rough idea of costs? Parts/Rebuild/fitting?

Usually roughly £4000. Depends on spec and availability of parts tbh. So could be slightly less or slightly more.

so after a bit of a false start. the old turbo blew its seals and the car died. so whilst your fixing it you may as well upgrade right. so got a hybrid turbo fitted. whilst it was having this done we decided to retro fit cruise control on to a cup. obviously to do this i needed a new wheel too. so why not the white and grey gordini wheel.

didn't need new discs but angels 330mm set up was just too nice to say no too.

so now its time to save up again as i need a 3" exhaust system to get to the magical 300bhp. the current 2 3/4 " system is too restrictive. but at the minute its an absolute beast that scares me every time i plant it.

just realised i never put the pics up of when it was completed.
almost back together. but shows black intercooler quite well

yeah still got standard injectors just mapped to suit the new turbo. not gonna be back home for a couple of weeks angel but ill give you a txt when we do as normal.

about 4.5 by time id upgraded to hybrid turbo and got hold of a r26 box. worth it though the car is a different class to to the n/a lump
