Hi, I paid for membership and I'm still restricted as to what i can view. How long does in normally take to activate?

It looks like you cancelled your recurring membership within a couple of minutes of upgrading, and because the forum upgrades run every 10 mins or so it hadn't gone through, and that stopped it from upgrading.
I've manually upgraded you now, let me know if you have any problems.
