New Alpine HU problem

Just had my new Alpine 137 BTi fitted and after a few problems mainly aerial related everything is good bar one thing, I can't get the radio to turn on without actually having the engine running.!?.!?.!? Will work when killing the engine and will remain on until door opens as per original unit, but when turning on ignition with start/stop button without clutch in, a/c etc become active but radio won't aagghhhh how am I meant to detail with no radio.
Has the guy botched the install or has anyone else the same problem???

Mine does this, I don't think you can do anything about it. The ignition on using the push button doesn't do it for some reason.

It's to do with how the ignition live is wired in the main electrical block, I had mine back out of the dash to see why a while back.

On mine the ignition live should have gone to two seperate pins but was wired into one, so it could be fixed but would need a pin for the block and maybe correct tools to insert one. Lazy wiring by Renault.
