There's some epic kits in my thread on *unspecified site*, N0ddie has been out buying kits recently it seems too lol.

Roy, my dad had a couple of wee wooden boats - but i always preferred lego to them

Finished my first Technic build yesterday. Went for the flatbed truck as an easy break me in gently effort. Took just under 5 hours to complete:













Next up for me in the logging truck. Hopefully Emma will let me buy it this weekend lol.

Used to have shed loads as a kid, but it is all in storage now.

However that Technic stuff looks awesome. I might have to look in to that, where did you get it from??

Ok its quite expensive! Some of it looks awesome though, that crane looks like I'd get rather stressed.

It is quite expensive but by shopping around you will find it cheaper. The logging truck i want is £100 from Lego, but £80 in ASDA.

Lego is expensive, if I quote for some cufflinks or dustcaps or whatever it may be, some people think im trying to rip them off lol. especially when they ask for Iron Man dustcaps and I say £50 lol

Ordered the logging truck this evening. Pick it up from my local store on Thursday evening.

Thats my weekend sorted lol.

Ok so I have a mate (one of the guys who done the ring with me in his VXR) who spends an obscene amount on all timgs Lego and XBOX. He spent £400 on individual Lego statues just to find a gold one! I didn't think he was serious but then again this is the man who has 6 life size GEARS OF WAR guns and a Xbox collection that will beat anyone's!
