How do you remove the centre console?

As one of the bulbs have gone behind the hot/cold knob i think its about time to get it changed.

Anyone got any tips on removing the centre console, before I have a go and break it!

a flat headed driver mate. just pops out

Just pull really.

There are two ways one is the way woody suggested but I removed the radio and disconnected it, then pulled from inside the gap that was left. Putting it back was harder as you need to fit it all the clips at once I found and the piece around the bottom of the console was a very snug fit, took a while to fit it back for me!

I've just taken mine off. Take the radio out, get your fingers in and pull from the top. 2 min job

thats what jase said on his thread, so i did it his way
