How are the tweeters wired

Does anyone know how the tweeters are wired to the head unit on the 197. Is there some sort of crossover unit under the dash. I presume they are not just into the back of the H/U

I doubt they have an out board cross over, it's likely just to be part of the tweeter itself. My 200 didn't have tweeters but the pioneer ones I put in have the cross over attached to the back of the cone assembly.

But yeh I don't think they'd be plugged in without one or they probably wouldn't last very well....
