Engine stabilizer?

Hi, I'm fairly certain that my lower engine mount is on the way out.

What do people swap these for? Standard oem or is there an uprated version? If there is an uprated version does it give exsesive vibration through the steering on tick over? (This is what happened on a previous car)

There is a small amount of vibration from the Powerflex Lower Engine mount, and by small, I mean you'll only notice it when using the clutch only, like creeping forward in traffic - as soon as you use the accelerator or go above 1-2mph, the vibration isn't noticeable. Also barely noticeable when idling, if at all.

Agreed really felt like it improves the responsiveness under acceleration, no bogging down

Just stay away from the "upper engine mount insert" that's the one that adds all of the vibration

Lower engine mount is great, as is the upper engine stabilizer/torque arm.
