Dying seat stitching

Thinking about getting a fabric pen and carefully going over the stitching on my seats. Has anyone successfully done this before? Think it could look really good! Did a test on my old work trainers with a red marker, looks pretty good:

i did this on my mats, but didnt do it on my recaros as it might of looked abit too much

I would be careful what you put on the seat stictching as it might transfer onto your clothes
