Cold gearbox woes

Never occured to me to try it with engine off. Usually I just want to go but will try next time.

The dealer has adjusted the linkage once.
 
When it wount go in gear, you slightly keep pushing and turn off the engine with your other hand. If jumps in gear at the moment that engine go off, than is 90% something with the clutch or pushing plate. That how was told to me.
