Haha that is madness! And only fined £100? Don't get me wrong I've been sat in the back of my uncle's 4x4 with 4 of my cousins an having the seats down with the parcel shelf out to make it a bit roomy, but 19 in a Clio!!! Ridiculous!

Good job it was'nt a 200, only two seatbelts in the back of there
