i need moreeee power, and less weight, but im concerned of my re-sale and money loss ( first time for everything)

what directon should i go in where re-sale wont be affected much

Ye, the rear seats weigh a load, if you don't need them, get them in the garden shed! Lol! Then there's the stuff in the glovebox, empty it, then the parcel shelf, the boot carpet and plastics on the tailgate. You could get some lighter wheels and tyres too, just sell them when you sell the car. Rear speakers if it has got any and only ever fill the tank half way.

Realistically you won't see much gain unless spending big money. The best thing is probably to get some cams and a remap but it'll cost you a bit over a grand
