'The Wheel Specialist' in Fareham Hants.
I've had 2 sets of wheels done by them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I had a set of 20" rims on my Audi Q5 done in satin black 2 years ago and they are still as good now as when they were done, with not one mark.
I had my sons rims done on his 197 about 6 months ago and they had a fair bit of scuffing on them. They brought them up perfect and re-coated them to look spot on.
They aren't the cheapest, but they do a fantastic job and are really helpful.
Have a look on their website. They do some fantastic colours and finishes.

The total cost for the 17" 197 rims was £330. That was for all 4 and included - remove old tyres, full refurb (repair scuff marks, re-finish in satin matt black powder coat), re-fit new tyres (supplied by me) and balance. I took the wheels in off the car and left them for the day.
This was done in April and if I recall, included a small amount of discount because they had a Spring offer going or something.
When I had the Audi done a couple of years ago I left the vehicle with them first thing in the morning and picked it up before they finished in the afternoon. That cost about £100 per wheel I think but they were huge 20" rims.
Give them a call for a quote, or I think you can get a quote online from their website. Even better, if you are down that way, pop in to their place and have a chat. They can show you a few finishes and colours. Really good set-up and helpful staff.
Like I said, you can get cheaper, but the quality of workmanship and finish is spot-on and IMO well worth the money.
