Amber Spanner Sign

It’s where I would start yes. I would say it would either be there or the seats, given they move.

Check for moisture/corrosion in the connectors too.

Started with the seats as they are the easiest. since the car got back from the dealer after fixing the gear cables, I noticed the wire cable underneath the driver seat sat loose on the floor and wasn't attached to the seat rail as it should be. I assured the connector on that wire cable is attached firmly and re-attached it back to the seat rail. took the car today for work and no more amber sign . Thanks @RSRowe

Occasionally it may pop up again - just keep checking that cable, give it a wiggle etc. That should always clear the error.
