Akra edition front bumper vinyl

I haven't a clue how these things work but I was wondering if there was a code (?) or the dimensions or something of the black vinyl bit on the bottom of the front bumper on the akra clio so I can get it cut? If not is there someone who I could buy it off?? Really want to get it!

I went to a local sign writer with pictures of it and he said it would be fairly easy to do if I could get the grills out of the bumper.

To get the vinyl wrapped right around so it looks better I think.
