Air intake solutions ITG

I have an iTG Maxogen fitted, I have fitted with the standard ducting but it still doesn't look like there is enough cold air coming in, the duct seems to go to a dead end down the bottom right corner

What have others done? I have been thinking about removing the fog, or possible a bonnet feed, any suggestions?
