Advice on mobile phones

I'm gonna go for the Experia Z or the HTC One when I replace my HTC sensation

Really want an Xperia Z, they look like a great bit of kit, water resistant and good spec. But I've had 2 Xperia already, I haven't had anything other than SE since I got a K750i about 8 years ago! I was thinking of a change.

First Xperia was an x10i and I've had my Arc S for 15 months now. It's been a good phone, but the last update I did made it quite slow. I had to keep on top of the phone memory and delete the cache often. Something I imagine they've resolved. It just needs more internal memory.

The galaxy S3 is a great phone and the S4 isn't far iirc. I have the htc 8x windows phone and although its coming on leaps and bounds the ecosystem just isn't ready yet. Given the choice again i would get the Nokia 920 just for the wireless charging feature.

I'm waiting for the Galaxy S4.
It's being launched next week apparently.
