On that day the Ayrton Senna, great F1 driver of all time was kill 1st May 1994.
I was 14 year old and I'm remember watching that day on TV, Ayrton went off the track.

As said a true legend, I was fortunate enough to meet him in the pit lane at a silverstone test session in 88 after he did numerous donuts by the pit wall. Its funny because at races he would brush of the press and appear non approachable but when the cameras weren't around he was happy to chat away for a while. Shame the same couldn't be said for Mansell.

r.i.p a legend indeed, funny though, i was 10 at the time, never saw the race, never heard of him and didnt have a clue who he was till i was about 16 or 17
