Although we all like the idea of the 26.R, it just didnt sell well enough. I had the chance of a spanker for £19,999 fully loaded (26k list) and still didnt take it. About 100 were unsold and I cannot see anyone at Renault being prepared to take the risk again.

Yep, this is my only gripe. Miss the turbo pull from low revs. It is what it is, and turbos never seem to give the throttle response of N/A, they somehow feel elastic. Still thrilling like nothing else for the price though. Sometimes I get reminded of that when I drive a VAG car...

I paid £17,800 for mine, I'm sure if any are left that deal is possible. PCP on that price was available too. I was happy at that price with the extras on the SGP model. The Audi TT can wait a few years!
