I'm not going to trax this year mate.

They are the better option for the track imo.

The track set-up is 80n/mm front and 110n/mm rear
Their road is 50n/mm all round.

KW's are 50n/mm all round.

H&R's 80n/mm all round.

is it the same adjusting mechanism as KWV3's?

Mono-tube dampers
Rebound and compression is adjustable in 12 position
Height adjustable
Can be rebuilt

What does 'nm' mean lol!?

newtons per millimetre

m.barnes and I done a fair bit of research on suspension before deciding. Even went as far as sending away standard springs to be rated (you'd be surprised at the 200's ratings ) he has decided to sell up though.

just get V3's and AST adjustable topmounts mate. save ureself £200

We'll see. I've got a list of stuff I want as long as my arm. In no rush to buy now. Want some Pro Race 1.2s, that akrapovic exhaust (I know it will be hideously expensive) and then a more track focussed suspension setup.

Will be slow progress (Just got a new house) but should have the wheels in a month or so.

How much for the 1.2's trying to get some cup racer wheels but I'm not having any luck ATM

So the car was dropped of on Friday morning to have the suspension set.

Height, camber, toe, aligned...etc

Heres some pics of how it looks now. The coilovers rebound and compression are currently set at 0 till they are run in (roughly 300 miles) Even set at this the car is totally different, it's so much more direct and theres alot more feel through the wheel.
