'ey up.

She's coming back home. She's been siting at Ste's for over a month now, waiting on rollers to go in to get mapped but for whatever reason, that's running behind schedule. Decided to leave her up there anyway as she needs MOT'ing from March 1st, so i'm back up there on the 7th to collect.

New parts sitting at home waiting to be fitted when she get's back. Actually quite looking forward to seeing her back

Only brakes. Got a new centre console in LY that was on eBay, going to send a few bits off to SS for some paint.

I'll get a better one soon, one with more "va va voom". I wasn't gunning it as I ran out of road and was on a curve but you get the idea.

That was the fastest it can go? Full throttle?

I'm trying to compare the 100-170km/h your (~12s) and my run (~9s):

I'm confused.

Nah, that's not full throttle. 65-75% I would say.

Full throttle is too hard to keep the power down at the moment, need to wait until the boost controller is set up.

It does go but I still get a bit of spin, even in the dry.

That makes sense.

With 308bhp it should do 100-200kmh in 10-11s.

What gearbox do you have?
If you have a 197 gearbox than I'm not surprised that it spins the wheels even in the dry.

225 gearbox with quaife diff.

I'm definitely looking forward to getting it on track over the next 4-6 weeks. Should hopefully be mapped within the next month as well!

id be interested to see what you think to the quaiffe diff on track ive been thinking of getting one to replace the standard lsd! when is your first track day in it?

So it's been a decent weekend. Managed to get round to fitting new discs and pads. Got myself some Cazan discs that popped up for sale on here, then treated myself to some DS1.11's, still bedding in, but initial bite feels really strong.

Also continued my black and yellow theme across the interior of the car. All the dash parts were sent off to SprayShack for a nice repaint, as usual he smashed it. Had the steering wheel retrimmed in leather with a yellow sticks and the Recaro bolster fixed. - No more tear!! Found a local company by me that repaired the bolster for £100, so pleased about that.

The SC Auto's rolling road is now taking shape, so full mapping should commence sometime next month. We can FINALLY see what this car puts out. Not that it matters because 308bhp is way too much, but i'm just intrigued. Plus the boost controller will be set up properly so I can start limiting power output, which imo, you need.

Not many plans for the summer, i'd really like to get the paint up to scratch. Being black and 8 years old, it's horrible. So that'll be my main focus.

Couple pictures of the new bits
