I would love one of these! Best colour too! Used to see a silver one around Dingwall & going up & down the A9 between Tore roundabout & Inverness. It was good to see it being driven.

Im sure that silver one was a phase 1 and the lad who has the chippy at the end of the high street owned it. I think from memory they did sort the handling on the phase 2. It would def be a dream garage job like so many of use have said it was just a mental idea that will never be repeated. So Sad.

I’d love one. But just to ruin it’s value, i’d like the body of the phase one, with the running gear and interior of the phase 2. But even more than this, I’d love an original mid engined Renault 5 Turbo 1, the one with the bespoke seats, dash and aluminium roof, boot and door skins, prior to the Turbo 2 that just used standard 5 interior and steel panels. Sadly, I don’t have half the value of my house lying around to secure one :-(

ill be totally honest here, I actually wouldn't take one at any price, really do think they look terrible.
