It would be very difficult for me to restrain myself and only complain.
The problem with the chipped paint is that these parts seem to be under the black sheet they've removed and they'll probably tell you it already was like that when they pulled it off. The only thing you can hold against them in this case is that they should have told you about it anyway and that they didn't makes it quite suspicious.
In case of the rubber/plastic parts it's different as it's quite obvious that they're responsible for the damage.
