Wiper issue

My wipers failed last year,I replaced the wiper motor and stalk.
it fixed the proble,working great until a few weeks ago.
Now they are only working on full speed .
Ive also cleaned out the drain holes on the scuttle panel !!!
Anyone any ideas how to fix it for good ???

The best way to figure it out is with a Renault clip as you can read faults and send the wiper commands directly bypassing the stem controls or confirming the signals from the stem controls. Anyway the BCM takes the wiper request and tells the PSU to operate the wipers and the PSU (Power switching unit controls the speed I don't think there are any relays except the washer pump motor. If it was full of water again most likely the wiper motor is water damaged
