Isn't a 197 mate, think it's a 1.2 with a kit and some wheels on it. See it up there all the time. Not to my tastes but have to respect the work that's gone into it to have that kit installed

I've seen one exactly like that, same colour and stickers at the market next to Greenwich university. Not sure if it's the same one as I don't remember the numberplate
