Before anyone starts, this isn't a wanted thread, it's an advice thread :smile:

So, those people who've Meg'd their Clio's or people generally in the know... Where can I source a Meg Engine?

Is it a case of eBay and scrappys, or is there an easier way than that?
And also, what's a decent price to be paying on one?

The other queries involve bits around the engine,
Like the fitment of certain FMIC's? Is there much fiddling required to fit a forge FMIC onto the Clio? Custom hard tubing is required for the standard so I believe, so I presume it'll be the same for one of these?
Tubular manifolds... These are available for the Meg, would these fit into the bay of the Clio? Or again, is a custom one required?

I also second this , I'm a fully coded TIG welder so I will save a tad of money there but I'm seriously considering a conversion
 
eBay is by far the easiest. One or two on there at the moment.

Just make sure it's complete and comes with ecu
