Wheels cleaned

Only had the car a week and wanted to get the wheels off to give the inside a clean, only had time this weekend to do the fronts and had to leave the wheel arches too.


Proper trolley jack for the job


First with Meguiars wheel brightener


Used some Valet Pro Citrus Tar remover then followed up with Iron X


The fronts where ok so just needed washing


Sealed with Poor Boys Wheel Sealant

I think they have come up well considering they have been on the car for 30k, the fronts were refurbished recently before I got the car.

Good job! Always tempted to do mine, could do with a decent jack though. Jacked it up when removing the diffuser but the Audi A4 jack I used gave way and the car slipped off...

Try and do mine at least 4 times a year they look much better for it did them again last night as well as clean up the calipers and clean up and paint the rusty bits on my disc's
