Wheel nut torque setting

Hi folks,
Time I got a torque wrench to tighten the wheel nuts correctly, but the question is what is the correct setting?

140nm I believe - translates to 103 ft/lb

I also tend to do the locking nuts a tad looser, usually ~120nm

Varies in opinion, 130 140nm, lockers less though, 110 or so.
