Wheel locking question

Seems to be a fairly common problem but I've managed to break the wheel lock key in the cold weather while trying to change a flat..

Spoke to Renault and they reckon they can get a new one to me in a couple of days but need the FER number. Checked through the service book and there is no mention of anything beginning FER. On the box the lock came in there is a 10 digit number but again no mention of FER.

Unless anyone has any suggestions I presume my only option is to somehow get the car round to the local garage and get the bolt drilled out?

Just wondering if I'm looking in the wrong place for the FER number to be honest. Thanks for any help..

Yes, there is a label on the box with a ref number and a few others but nothing beginning FER. I might try a different dealership tomorrow just to see if they are more helpful..
