Wheel bolt question

Bought 20mm spacers for the car and they came with the longer bolts but I've noticed that the head on the new bolts is 17 and not 19 anymore. Will this make any difference and is it safe????

So long as the thread and taper is the same there shouldn't be an issue. And you tighten them to the correct torque, I'm not sure if it's 120 or 130nm, you need to look that up.

The thread is exactly the same as the 19 bolts, only longer obviously, but the heads are 17 and the bit between the head and thread is slightly smaller. Got home with them on no bother after 20 mile journey.

Had a safety check done on them today by a good tyre company over here and they assured me that they were completely safe. The nuts have a good 12 full turns going in and the bolt seat is sitting perfectly in the wheel. Just to be safe I've also ordered a torque wrench. My mind is a lot more at ease now.
