Wheel bearing noise

Hi, got a slight humming noise on my car, both rear discs have been changed but it still sounds like it might be coming from the back, do the front discs have bearings that could be making this noise? It's a 57 plate 197 and I don't think they have been changed from new, thanks

How would I know if their shot, by spinning the wheel?

Getting the wheel off the ground would be a start. You'll be looking for movement of the wheel when you push the top (12 o'clock) and bottom (6 o'clock) of it, normally it shouldn't move. Even if you push side to side (3 and 6 o'clock) there shouldn't be movement other than the steering movement. Spinning it and listening will also give an indication as to the bearings condition . It's not the easiest thing to explain but a garage will be able to tell quickly.
