Often used on 1*2's with itb's.

Looks like he's added them to look like a race car.

When you fit ITBs to a 172 or 182 the bodies sit where the bonnet latch would normally be. So these latches are added on.

Doesn't say it has itbs though so they maybe purely cosmetic or have been on the car previously

This advert is why people get so confused when buying RS Clio's. it's advertised as a Cup but its a full fat 182. Also says it has LSD? And white seat belts lol. Good price though!

Could've sold the itbs? Or am I being too forgiving lol?

You either need solid engine mounts (~£250) or bonnet catches to fit itbs.

The solid mounts prevent the engine moving and having the trumpets smash into the slam panel...

My mate didnt want to spend £250 on solid mounts so fitted catches, the night after he was done drilling into, and generally *******ising his bonnet, a set of solid mounts came up cheap haha. So now he's going to run both alongside an rs2 intake.
